BEFORE YOU BOOK

We want every Zael Soft Play experience to be safe, fun, and memorable for your family. Before booking, please review these important requirements.

A signed Zael Soft Play Waiver is required with every booking.

We will provide the waiver as part of your booking process. Your reservation is not considered complete until all required booking documents have been submitted.

The waiver outlines important guidelines regarding:

• Adult supervision at all times
• Safe and appropriate use of our equipment
• Age restrictions for soft play
• Client responsibility during the rental period
• Rules designed to protect both our little guests and our equipment

By booking with Zael Soft Play, you agree to review, sign, and follow all rules included in the waiver.

A $50 damage deposit is required with your booking. We take great care of our equipment so every family receives a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained setup. Your deposit will be returned after the equipment has been collected and inspected, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear. If equipment is damaged due to misuse or failure to follow our rules, all or part of the $50 deposit may be retained.

 This is especially important.

Our soft play equipment is specifically designed for young children and must only be used by children who meet the age requirements for your selected setup.

Please do not allow older children, teenagers, or adults to climb, sit, jump, or play on equipment that is not designed for their age or size.

Even “just for a minute” can result in damaged equipment.

As the person booking the event, we ask that you help us communicate and enforce these rules with your guests.
