We provide play areas for both indoor and outdoor venues. However, we need the adequate conditions such as a clean, dry and safe space for the set up. If the weather is an impediment such as wind, rain or heat, we will require a shade or you can add a canopy to your package for an additional cost of $60 dlls.
Yes, we are an insured business. In the case you or your venue is needing a copy of our insurance information, please send us an email to info@zaelsoftplay.com or let us know when you send your contact form.
We serve the entire San Diego area. The delivery fee will vary depending on the location of your party. We can provide you a quote upon your initial inquiry.
All of our playsets are disinfected with the best cleaning products after every party and before every party if they have not been used.
We check the weather forecast leading up to your outdoor event and if it appears that rain or strong winds are in the forecast, we will reach out to you and discuss other options for the set up.
We will arrive between 1 to 2 hours before your event. We will coordinate all times with you once everything is finalized and confirmed.
We have multiples sizes and we base our area size depending on the amount of toddlers attending your event. *Prices may vary.
Cancellations have to be confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Deposits are non-refundable.
